Steven Moore is vice chair of the State Water Resources Control Board. He previously served on the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Board from 2008–12 under the Brown and Schwarzenegger administrations and held staff positions at that regional water board at various times between 1992 and 2006. He is a registered civil engineer and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
