Ted Kowalski is a senior environment program officer at the Walton Family Foundation and leads the Foundation’s Colorado River basin initiative, which works to achieve lasting change in the Colorado River Basin by creating new partnerships among conservation, business and community interests to build durable solutions to regional, water-related problems.
